Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from CLINICORE Peptides, operated by CLINICORE GROUP LIMITED.

1. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your goods.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing within this period by emailing us with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

2. Condition of Goods for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (laboratory research materials), returns are only accepted if all items are:

  • In their original, unopened, factory-sealed condition
  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Free from tampering, handling, or contamination
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
This restriction is lawful under Regulation 28(1)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allows refusal of returns for sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons.

3. Returns That Will Be Refused

We will refuse a return and reject any refund if any of the following apply:

  • The product has been opened, punctured, or reconstituted
  • The security seal, cap, or packaging has been broken
  • The product has been removed from its container
  • There is evidence of handling that could compromise laboratory integrity
  • The item has been altered, damaged, or contaminated
If a return is refused for these reasons, the product will be returned to you at your cost.

4. Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.

If valid, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any opened or unsealed vials or products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Products used or handled beyond basic inspection

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
